 Billy Rives Billy and his wife Diane McCall live on their ranch in the Mahomet Community of Burnet County. Majoring in Agribusiness at Texas Tech University, Billy has spent over 22 years selling Farms & Ranches. Living on a ranch most of his life Billy developed a passion for the land and for horses-- A Lifetime member of the American Quarter Horse Association, he is also active in the American Paint Horse Association A Co-Founder of Capital of Texas Land Company, Billy is also associated with Ranch Investments & Associates, one of the largest associations of ranch brokers in Texas. With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education Diane taught English & Business Law in Dallas before starting her own Real Estate company, Tarrytown Properties, in Austin in 1975. Specializing in high-end residential real estate, she later grew to love selling ranch property after meeting Billy in the 1980's, when they formed Capital of Texas Land Company.
